Ruvani Henriques
Ruvani Henriques is the Vice President of Marketing & Strategy at Glasslake Funding, with over 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry spanning strategic growth, marketing and sales enablement.
Ruvani holds an Honours BA from the University of Toronto. She’s completed the Queen’s Leadership Program with the Smith School of Business, and is currently enrolled in the Chief Marketing Officer program with the Kellogg School of Education at Northwestern University.
A passionate advocate for women and future leaders, Ruvani is also a mentor with the BeaYOUtiful Foundation. She recently co-launched “Funding Knowledge that Shapes Lives,” an non-profit initiative focused on empowering young girls through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, real estate, and investing.

Zamina Walji is an executive at EQ Bank, where she leads the Growth Businesses Function including the Reverse Mortgage and Insurance Lending businesses. She is focused on helping Canadians unlock the value of their assets tax-free to support their goals ranging from lifestyle enhancements to building long-term wealth. Zamina’s expertise is in building, scaling and transforming businesses for high growth. She has over a decade of experience in banking, spanning roles across risk, finance, technology, transformation and P&L management.
Zamina enjoys staying active, spending time with her 9-year-old daughter and travelling.
